Affiliation Letter




Start your own Training Treatment Research Centre by getting ‘AFFILIATION LETTER’

ELIGIBILITY : Candidates who have completed a Diploma/Degree course from any authentic Institution or possess at least five years experience in Alternative Medicines can apply for Affiliation Letter.

(a) Three Copies of passport size Photographs
(b) One Experience Certificate of at least 2 years or the Xerox Copy of the Course Certificate
(c) One character Certificate from a responsible person.

FEES : Total fees for Registration are Rs. 23500 or US $ 588 Renewal of this Certificate will not be required.

BENEFITS : The Affiliate Therapists would be declared a person qualified to practice and shall not be convicted or punished by any Government in India. Besides, further Registration from MCI will not be required as well. The candidate would get the Affiliation Certificate (Laminated) within 30 days from the date of receipt of form & fee.

General Information : The total Fees should be sent along with xerox copies of your qualification certificates (academic qualifications), Experience Certificate, 3 passport size photographs and the filled in form. The draft or cheque should be drawn in the name of “AAROGYA MANDIR” payable at Jodhpur, India and sent to Institutes address.

Please send us the desired name and address of your health centre on which you want to get affiliation.


The payment should be made (In person or by courier/ Speed Post/ Registered Post) to the following address.
